New hen that people drove to extinction found in Azores

Contained in the crater of a volcano on Graciosa Island within the Azores archipelago, within the Atlantic Ocean, a world group of researchers has found the bones of a brand new extinct species of songbird, a bullfinch which they’ve named Pyrrhula crassa. The stays have been present in a small cavity by means of which era in the past the lava flowed. This chook disappeared a number of tons of of years in the past as a consequence of human colonization of the islands and the introduction of invasive species.
